Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order processing and shipping conditions.

Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.

Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us investigate the problem more quickly.

Where we arrange the shipping, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with SMOSSIE ✦ until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.

Your statutory rights regarding damaged or faulty goods remain unaffected.

10. Free Returns

Not completely in love with your purchase? No worries!

At SMOSSIE ✦, we offer free return shipping from countries within the European Union.

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
