At SMOSSIE ✦, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't quite right, no worries! We're here to make returns as simple and hassle-free as possible.

14-Day Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply email us at hello@smossie.com within 14 days of receiving your order, clearly stating that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Please include your order number so we can assist you more quickly.

Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to send your items back.

If your order arrives in multiple separate deliveries, the withdrawal period starts when you receive the last item.

Free Returns

We offer FREE returns from countries within the European Union.

Here's how it works:

1. Email us at hello@smossie.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

2. We'll provide you with instructions for your free return shipment.

3. Carefully package your items and follow the return instructions.

4. Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Return Conditions

You may try on and inspect your clothing just as you would in a physical store.

We kindly ask that you handle all items with care and, where possible, return them with their original tags and packaging.

You are only responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.

Missing original packaging or tags does not automatically invalidate your statutory right of withdrawal.

Sale items are also eligible for returns under the statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments received for the items concerned, including the original standard delivery costs where required by law.

Additional charges resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option are not refundable.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

For partial returns, original delivery charges will be refunded where legally required.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us at hello@smossie.com.

Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us resolve the matter faster but are not a general requirement for exercising your statutory rights.

We will work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected by this return policy. In Belgium, new consumer goods are generally covered by a two-year statutory legal guarantee.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal only excludes products where an applicable legal exception exists.

Standard, non-personalised clothing is generally eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal, including discounted items.
